BKA Basics

Who writes for BKA Content?

Here at BKA Content, we only onboard U.S writers who have been trained and screened for grammar, spelling and writing ability. We pride ourselves on our unique and stringent vetting process to ensure that we hand-pick high-quality writers to consistently work on your content.

Will I get the same writers every month?

We work to create dedicated teams of writers around our blog subscription packages. So while you will have the same team of writers consistently writing, you won’t be assigned a single writer. 

Can I send feedback about the blogs I've received?

Yes, you can! Once the content is delivered to you, you can contact your manager with any feedback you have.

How do I get a revision done on a blog?

While revisions are rarely needed, if a blog ever misrepresents the products/services of your company or completely misses the mark in relation to the topic matter, we are happy to revise it. Let us know within 7 days of receiving the content of any issues of this type and we will revise the content for free. We are unable, however, to complete revisions for stylistic reasons for the blog subscription product. If you need blogs fitting a more specific style/format (or additional guidelines), contact our sales department for a custom solution.

What industries can you write for?

Here at BKA Content, we have a large, talented writing force that can effectively write for most industries. Our standard blog packages are for more general industries and topics that require less research, while our pro blog packages are for more specific topics and specialized industries (such as B2B). In the event that your industry is too niche for our writing teams, we’ll reach out to come up with a custom solution.

While we cover a range of different subjects, industries, and products, we DO NOT write content about adult content, sex, or violence.

How involved do I need to be in the blog subscription process?

Once you’ve signed up for a subscription, you’ll have an onboarding call to get acquainted with your manager and you can ask questions if you have any. The manager might ask you about your company to better understand the topics. After that, we take care of the rest! You are always welcome to ask questions or reach out with feedback throughout the process. 

Can I use one blog subscription for multiple websites or clients?

No. You can only have one subscription per website. If you have multiple websites or clients that need content, simply order multiple subscriptions.😊

Can you help me with my other content needs?

Subscription Billing

Do you have a trial?

While there are multiple ways to try out our products before purchasing a subscription package, blog writing is best done in bulk. SEO results from blogging can usually take anywhere from 3 to 6 months to appear. That being said, we do offer a smaller, “monthly” subscription option for businesses wanting to try out our blogging services. For any other trial order questions, please contact our sales team.

Can I cancel at any time?

You can cancel any blog subscription package within the first 7 days of signup and get a full refund. Cancellation after the first 7 days of signing up will go into effect the next billing cycle.

When does my blog subscription renew?

This depends on the billing cycle you selected. For monthly billing cycles, it will auto-renew on the same day of each consecutive month that the subscription is active. For 3-month and 6-month billing cycles, your subscription will auto-renew either 3 months or 6 months from the day of the month you first signed up.

SEO Blog Strategy

Can I customize word counts and number of blogs in my package?

The blog subscription packages were created with a strategy in mind, and that includes the number of blogs and associated word sizes per package. That being said, the number of blogs and their individual word counts can be customized to some degree as long as your total word count adds up the total words included in the package you ordered. If you’re interested in customizing blog word count sizes, reach out to your blog subscription manager.

How does BKA decide on what topics to use for my blogs?

Our content strategy is based on using SEO data. First, we research keywords related to your industry, their potential search volume and competitiveness. Once we have a set of keywords selected, we create topics that we feel have the best chance of ranking for those types of keywords and answering common user queries on that subject. Because of this, topics will usually be more general/factual to cast the widest net and give you the best chance for organic ranking.

Can I provide my own topics and/or keywords?

Our system works best when our keyword research team selects keyword phrases and topics based on SEO data and what your target market is searching for. If you do have specific keywords/topics you absolutely need us to incorporate, you can reach out to your blog subscription manager for details.

When will my content get posted?

Content is delivered/posted in monthly cycles (regardless of the billing cycle), starting on the day of the month you first signed up for a blog subscription package. You’ll receive/or have your content posted within 7 days of the next month’s cycle.

When will I start to see results in my Google rankings?

Typically, most content marketing efforts don’t start to show results until 3-6 months into the process. This is why we offer 3 and 6-month billing cycles to help coincide with that. Did you know you can save up to 10% on your total blogging package by choosing a 6-month billing cycle? Try it out!
